What country do you deliver?
We currently only deliver in The Netherlands, but are working on delivering in more European countries!
How long does the delivery take?
The order is packed and shipped the day before the chosen delivery date. This way we can guarantee the freshest bouquet of flowers.
How do the flowers stay fresh during shipping?
We use strong, waterproof bags around the stems of the flowers. They are used to protect the stems in transport and are filled with water so the flowers stay hydrated during transport.
What are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs are included in the price.
How do I track my order?
Every order is shipped with PostNL. After ordering you will receive the tracking information.

Can I return my bouquet?
Unfortunately, it's not possible to return the bouquet. If something is wrong with the order, or you are not happy you can send us a message here.

Flower care

How do I take care of the flowers
First things first: Clean your vase thoroughly. Afterwards, fill your vase for about 1/3 with water. Flowers stay fresher when they can grab a drink! Before placing the flowers in your vase, cut 2/3 cm of the stems at a 45-degree angle. Make sure to add the flower food (people tend to forget this step, but your flowers deserve a snack, just like you!). Flowers are highly susceptible to bacteria that build up as stems sit in the water. Refreshing the water every few days, even if the water has not been used up, will help keep your flowers happy for longer. Last but not least: keep them away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Your flowers will thank you later!

Does every order come with a card?
A bouquet does not automatically come with a card, these can be added manually in the checkout process.
Is it possible to customize the bouquet wrapping paper to my brand?
Yes! For collaborations send us a message here.
I forgot to add a personal message to my card.
